MTAC Bay Area Collaborative Masterclass 2026:

The whole day piano teaching marathon is designed to present MTAC members living in the Bay Area and to give them an opportunity to share their great discoveries in the field of piano pedagogy and piano performance with colleagues and the public. Teachers could speak on the topic they choose or/and work with registered intermediate and advanced students in an open masterclass format. Also, they could use the time to introduce their new research project and recent publications. Each session is 20 minutes.

Piano professionals representing different Bay Area MTAC branches will be teaching at the Steinway Piano Gallery in San Francisco on one of the fantastic Steinway & Sons grand pianos. This collaborative event is a conversation between MTAC branches connected by one of the greatest piano companies of our times.

Time and Location: Sunday, January 18, 2026, 12.00 pm - 5.00 pm at Steinway Piano Gallery of San Francisco.
